Yesterday i started a new fairy she will be around 8 inches tall when finished, I don't have any real designs for her so will just she how she turns out.

Another Fairy Update.

Woke up feeling quite energetic so cleaned the place from top to bottom but boy was it hot, hopefully it counted towards some weight loss !. It was so nice to sit down and do some sculpting in a squeaky clean environment as this is quite a rare occurrence! lol.

A small update...

New Fairy Update.

Gosh it is so warm today my clay is really sticky I have to keep putting it in the fridge lol. Still I have managed to make a start with three heads on the go to use up the eyes I made and have attached one to the armature.

Starting My Next Fairy

Sculpting a new fairy today she would be 8 inches if standing, there's not too much to show at the moment but thought it would be helpful to show how I start off. This is my understructure which is fully fired so that i have a nice solid base to work on, this is good way to use up any dirty clay that can't be for the main sculpture.

The sun is shining.

What a beautiful day outside, the sun is shinning and I can't help but feel positive, so I have set myself a few goals for the future which helps me feel much stronger and to get on with the things that need doing lol. Today is the start of a much needed diet! (I need to lose at least two stones), I also need to concentrate on my sculpting, learn to drive, move to Kent and be financially self sufficient phew... lets hope i make it!.
